Hi Helen
Firstly thank you for all you effort to make my holiday a brilliant one. Your level of expertise, professionalism and manner was all i needed to end up in such a nice villa.
In regards to Aqualina i would make the following comments:
The service was top notch, Tom and Toto were exceptional with their service, i work in the hospitality industry and am impressed with their service standards. coming from India this is exactly what my parents were expecting.
The Villa itself is very beautiful and in a very good spot. i would stay here anytime again. The view was beautiful overlooking the ocean, the whole layout of the Villa was unbelievable and very well constructed.
Only drawbacks are
Even though we did not order a chef, Tom was a great cook and taught my wife a few tricks in Thai food.
Again i thank you for your efforts to make my holiday a great one.
Next time i travel to Thailand i will surely contact you.

We have just returned from Two weeks stay at Aqualina and I have to say that this Villa was amazing. It was so clean and well cared for with beautiful garden and everything that you would need in the villa in regards to glasses, plates and so on. The bedrooms were very spacious with extremely comfortable beds, and the Villa managers were just delightful. They did not speak very much English, but we managed just fine and it was enjoyable to have them around as they were so kind and helpful.
The pool in this villa was perfect and better than some pools that I have used when I have stayed in Resorts. It was quite long so good for doing laps for the health Concious and you still had a great view of Koh Phangan from the pool. The water in the villa was very clean and although the pressure was not great as it was obviously pumped to the house it was still better than some resorts that I have stayed in.
Whilst the road was a little on the rough side we still managed to get in and out on scooters without any hassles. I imagine all the rain that they had before we had gone there didn’t help the road much being on a hill, but as I said we found it no problem at all.
The only thing that I would say, and that is being really picky is one, that there was only two deck chairs by the pool and as there were four of us staying there that was a bit of a hassle. A couple more would have been great, and two, that if you wanted to relax for a morning or afternoon in front of the TV it was a little hard to see as the sun comes shining in the beautiful glass wall and makes it hard to see the screen. But as I said they were just minor things and at night it was easy to see the TV if you wanted to watch a movie or something. Oh just one other thing was that there were actually no stairs in the pool and as my mum was travelling with us it was a hassle for her to get out of the pool. We just bought a fold up stool from a furniture shop down the road for 90 baht and stuck it in the corner and this was fine for mum
The wireless internet was great and very fast and no connection problems what so ever.
One thing we really loved was that each room had their own separate bathrooms which were just devine and so well cared for.
This was a perfect place for us to stay for our holiday that was away from noise and very peaceful, yet only a very short drive to anywhere that you would like to go for shopping or eating. Very close to Bophut and Nathon which are two of my favourite places to Visit for eating and shopping on Koh Samui.
We would definitely stay here again and thought this Villa was excellent value for money, and Marc was extremely helpful organizing things before we left and ringing ahead before we arrived to organize some scooters for us that I just had to stop off and pick up on the way from the Airport. He was very patient and quick to respond to any questions I had and I found him to be totally wonderful.

Dear Marc, we have had an excellent trip: airport car pool, villa, all staff, car rental... everything are awesome. just small things which might be further investigated: 1. hot water supply was slightly unstable 2. bath tub water was abit yellowish 3. funny smell comes from toilet 4. road connecting to main road is bumpy and of course we enjoyed ur arrangement for our trip too. Aqualina & ur service are definitely highly recommended. Sandra
