Osho is a collection of four unique beach front apartments located in the ever popular Fisherman's Village. The brief to our design team was for 5 star contemporary modern and they have surpassed all expectations.

There is a communal roof top area with hot tubs and chilled areas offering truly magnificent uninterrupted views over the Gulf of Siam across to Koh Phangan.

If you are searching for the ultimate in tropical beach front living in the hippest village on Koh Samui this is it. All four apartments are offered for rent on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis and come fully serviced with two full time staff.

All units come with fully equipped High spec Kitchens, LCD plasma TV'S, intercom systems, plasma air conditioning, Egyptian cotton bedding, IDD telephones, high speed Wi-Fi and the highest quality in... well everything!

On site staff are available 24 hours for all your needs even Baby Sitting if you require.
Personal chefs can be arranged to your discerning tastes and local restaurants serve and deliver a host of worldwide cuisine.

First floor is a 3 bedroom apartment. Second floor is a 2 bedroom apartment. Third floor is a 3 bedroom apartment. Fourth floor is a 2 bedroom penthouse apartment.

In the event that the booking is cancelled prior to arrival we regret that no deposit can be refunded.

However the deposit/full balance will be held over for a period or 12 months and credited to another booking by the same guests or another party of their choosing.

Once the final balance is received - 4 weeks prior to arrival, the same cancellation conditions as above will apply.

If the period of stay has to be shortened the full rental rates will still apply due to the popular nature of these houses.

Insurance

The Owner is not responsible to you and your party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities.

It is highly recommended that all guests are covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including local treatment, evacuation and repatriation coverage).

* 10% service charge
* Electricity(12.5 Baht per unit) and Personal laundry
* Damage deposit of 20,000 baht required on arrival which is fully refundable.

Payment Terms

Upon confirming the reservation a deposit of 50 % of the total figure is required to secure the booking.

The balance of the booking is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Payment Options are as follows:

1. By international bank transfer to our nominated Thai bank account.
2. By Credit Card (Please note that in case of CC payment +3% surcharge is applied due to Thai Bank System policy.)

3. Secure on line Paypal payment with credit card (4.0 % merchant fee charge applied)

For Last Minute bookings, full payment in local Thai Baht is required before access to the houses.
