The first level offers parking areas with tropical gardens and lawns going up to the pool level featuring four well appointed air-conditioned en-suite double bedrooms subtly decorated with attractive Asian art. The 2 master bedrooms are in the main building and a separate ‘Bali-style Wing’ houses 2 more en-suite bedrooms. All have wall-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening onto the pool deck drawing in the cooling sea breezes. In the master suite and guest bedroom an appealing sense of space pervades with walk-in wardrobes and spacious bathrooms.
The airy upper floor comprises an expansive living room, beautifully lit at night with concealed lighting literally folds open from the floor to ceiling windows onto stunning sea and mountain views. Comprised of plush furnishings and a surrounding area sofa for festive social gatherings, the room also boasts of state-of-the-art audio visual systems, as well as an office alcove and library. The attached dining area, seating up to eight at a magnificent Thai designed table is also bathed in arresting island views while adjacent sliding wall-to-ceiling glass doors open to a cushioned outdoor seating and dining area and breakfast bar.
The lower pool level offers guests an ideal spot for daytime relaxation and sun worship on a spacious deck furnished with sun beds surrounding the villa’s tempting 40 sq. meter turquoise infinity pool — the latter reaching out towards the ocean and blue horizon beyond. Please note that the villa is Bali-Style, whereas, we have a main building with the Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom and Common Areas and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms are detached with private entrance. Therefore, we have 3 separate rates for the villa, depending on rooms needed. All bedrooms, however, are on the same level and all face the swimming pool, with sea views and mountain vistas.

* Children are counted as ‘persons’ under the rate structure, unless they are 2 years or younger. In that case, they are not counted and we can provide a baby cot free of charge.

You may cancel your reservation at any time by notifying us by email. In the event of cancellation or if the booking cancelled due to non-payment of the balance by the specified date the following cancellation charge shall apply:

*Once your final 70% is paid, there is no cancellation refund. However, if you are on your trip and within days of arrival and you choose to arrive earlier and the villa is available, we can move things around for you with no problem
