Samujana Villa 16 is located on a hillside, about 5 minutes drive from Chaweng, 3 minutes from Choeng Mon beach, and a few minutes away from the airport. Set in the northeast part of the island, Samujana complex is within easy distance of the beaches, Santiburi Golf and Country club and attractions such as Big Buddha, Samui nightlife, water sports, and boat trips to outer islands. The complex overlooks beautiful views over the Gulf of Thailand and the rolling hills of the island.
Samujana Villa 16 is a fabulous contemporary design home set in Samujana complex, which has been designed by GFAB architects and is considered to be the most exclusive address in Koh Samui. Stylish and spacious, this beautiful property enjoys a highly secluded setting. Enter the villa through double wooden doors and you will come across labyrinthine walkways and courtyards framed by manicured gardens, artifacts, and stone walls leading to the pool, living room, and 4 en-suite bedrooms. The residence seamlessly blends the indoors with the outdoors through sliding glass walls that open onto the views. The large balconies enhance the seamless indoor-outdoor living premise.
The highlight of villa 16 is the spectacular infinity-edge pool which is surrounded by sun-decks. A wooden deck furnished with sun-beds flanks the pool. At the rear of the pool, there is an air-conditioned cinema room equipped with a large satellite LCD surround-sound system. The room is fitted with sumptuous sofas and is perfect for socializing and entertaining. The adjacent room features a sleek pool table. Complimentary WiFi internet connection is available throughout the villa. The residence has an open-sided living room which seems to float on the pool, with water lapping around its borders. A large sofa fronts the views, and an elegant dining set seating 10 completes the living area.
The fully equipped kitchen of villa 16 is concealed behind a partition of built-in cabinets and allows for unobtrusive catering. A washing machine and dryer are included in the kitchen. The 4 luxurious king-size bedrooms are of similar design and beautifully decorated, fitted with LCD TVs, with DVD and sound systems, wooden floors, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and built-in wardrobes with individual safes, and large en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms feature his and hers entrances, twin vanities, and walk-in rain-showers. Two of the bathrooms include outdoor bath tubs in private gardens, while a third bathroom features a huge free-standing terrazzo tub. The large roof-deck is fitted with additional sun-loungers and sofas. The villa is an idyllic holiday hideaway within easy reach of the island's best beaches and main attractions, yet set within a safe and private enclave, far from the madding crowd.

* A limited number of extra beds are available and are charged at US$ 60++ per adult, per night.
* Guests aged 13 years and older at the time of check-in are classified as adults.
* A maximum of 2 additional children under the age of 3 per bedroom.
* A baby cot can be provided at no cost for children under the age of 3 years.
* Extra Bed charge of US$30 ++/night charged for children aged 4 to 12.

* An initial deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the villa rental must be paid to confirm a booking, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation of availability.
* All rates are subject to change without prior notice before a booking is confirmed.
* All remaining payments must be paid at least thirty days (30) before arrival, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation of availability. Samujana reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain all deposits if the remaining payments are not received by the due date.
* If the booking is within thirty days (30) of the scheduled arrival date, the entire balance of the villa rental is required to confirm the villa booking. This is applicable for all seasons.
* We accept payments in cash, VISA, Mastercard and by bank transfers.
* On arrival, a security deposit equivalent to one night's rental will be payable to Samujana. This security deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any outstanding charges incurred during the stay (telephone charges, groceries, etc.)
All cancellations and amendments must be communicated in writing to Samujana.
Cancellations fourteen (14) days or more before arrival date: All payments received will be credited towards a future stay within twelve months (12) of the date of the cancellation confirmation. This credit can only be used for the villa initially reserved.
Within fourteen (14) days of arrival date: All payments will be forfeited.
Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide you with the villa booked or a suitable alternative, Samujana shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation and refund all payments in full (less bank transfer charges, if any).
Samujana shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims.
