First of we just want to thank you for a very pleasant stay! The Villa and service was even better than we had expected, and if we are going back to Koh Samui, we will defiantly stay at Villa Ines.
The villa and the view were excellent, but there were many taxis who did not know how to get to the villa. Some of the taxis also had problems driving up to the Villa because of the steep hills. We had to use the recommended taxi we got from Anne Sophie Maestracci to be sure to get to the villa, which was no problem. The recommended taxi came in a heartbeat and took an ok prize.
We used the in house chef, and the food and service was excellent! The Thai husband and wife (can't remember their name) was very very nice, and helped us with everything. But we have some comments on the information given by the in house chef regarding the meals. The in house chef showed us a menu with prices on each meal, which was fine. Little did we know that we also had to pay an extra amount per meal. The price it self was not bad, but it would have been nice to know in advanced. We also paid the in house chef 5000 bath for ingredients, but did not see any receipts or budget on the cost of the ingredients, which would have been nice.
We want to give some extra credit to Anne Sophie Maestracci, who was very nice, helpful and service minded throughout the whole stay.

Our stay was amazing and the villa was even better than what we expected it to be.. the service was excellent. Right from the cleaning to guest relations everything was taken utmost care of.. only drawback was the electricity problem but I'm sure that will be taken care of soon..most important thing I would like to comment about is the in house caretakers were really helpful and were always there at a call to take care of all our needs.. appreciate their courtesy..
